ORANGE MONEY, B2B, ENGAGE SME OWNERS

Orange Money, Business to Business and Small Office Home Office (SOHO) have concluded a one-day stakeholder engagement with Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) owners at the Freetown City Council Auditorium on Thursday 6th June 2024.



In his welcome address Head of Indirect Sales Achmed Mansaray appreciated participants for

sparring time to attend the work shop. He noted that, the maiden event is geared towards bringing together partners to deliberate on services they are receiving from Orange Sierra Leone.

“at orange we do not just give our services, we endeavor to bring your needs to our services.” He stated


Deputy Chief Commercial Officer Annie Wonnie Katta applauded respective stakeholders for participating in the event and as well for making the existence of Orange in Sierra Leone Seamless.


She added that Orange Sierra Leone gives premium attention to the concerns of customers and that they are moving from product centric to customer centric.

“our objective is to help businesses grow in Sierra Leone and as such I am encouraging you all to continue to choose Orange Sierra Leone as partners for digital solution.” She expressed



Chief Executive Officer Orange Money Sierra Leone David Mansaray noted that the event is timely as it will help to get the views of customers. He disclosed that Orange Money will be introducing several new services to customers.


He explained that Orange Money currently offer services from bank accounts to wallets and from wallets to bank accounts. He went on to inform the gathering that Orange Money will introduce loan facilities to business owners who utilise orange money for transactions.


The event brought together several SME owners from diverse categories and they were able to relay their concerns and areas through which Orange Money can help improve their business for growth and development.
